The hotel had a very central setting in centre of Shanghai. The staff were all attentive and helpful and provided great service. I booked a room with a nice bed, climate control, a safe and multi-channel TV.

Lovely hotel, we had difficulty connecting to the WiFi but the staff at the concierge desk were very helpful and connected our devices for us. The Beds are huge and very comfortable. The breakfasts are plentiful with a huge selection of Western and Asian foods available. There is a 7-11 nearby for reasonably priced snacks and beverages.

i have stayed at the Jin Jinag towers before and find that the staff have good english and are willing to help. the hotel is well located and it is easy to get to the main tourist points and restaurants. it is also wel located to get out of the city in order for me to visit my factory's.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The location is convenient, just a 15-minute walk from downtown. It's also close to the Middle Huaihai Road subway station, which made getting around the city a breeze.

Good sized and bright room with first class amenities. Charming area, great and absolutely perfect location, next to the restaurant who always had a smile, malls and dining establishments, and the rural areas. Again, 10 minutes walk from Xintiandi. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

Spent New Year's Eve in this hotel and enjoyed the festive atmosphere, complete with beautiful decorations and lively entertainment. The room had a comfortable king-size bed, and the breakfast buffet had a wide range of Asian and Western dishes, including fresh fruit and Chinese dumplings. The hotel's prime location allowed us to easily access nearby shopping centers and popular tourist sites.

We were disappointed by the slow and unreliable WiFi, which made it difficult to stay connected. the staff seemed indifferent to our concerns and lacked the helpfulness and friendliness of other hotels we've stayed at.

as always its just a good mid priced option for business and pleasure with good staff and good service

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and within walking distance to the major shopping street of Huaihai road in a nice area of the city. The rooms have modern bathrooms and good value for the price. Staff are helpful and willing to go the extra mile. There are plenty of choices for cuisines both inside and outside of the hotel.

One negative aspect mentioned by a reviewer was the lack of assistance from staff in finding taxis, which caused inconvenience during check-out.
